   Hi all,

I am Mike Beaumont from Sheffield. I have been a web developer for about 9 years now and whilst I have been working across businesses in the area I have noticed buildings going up faster than weeds in my garden.

Hence my new interest in commercial property which I have built a website for in Sheffield called, as you would expect www.sheffieldbusinessproperty.co.uk 

My parents have a portfolio of houses in South Yorkshire and Derbyshire so the subject isn't completely new to me although I can see I have alot to learn.

I will be reading your posts with interest and I hope you can help me out on occassion to develop my new interest. I am looking to keep in touch with SADLA who are the Sheffield and District Landlords Association where I found a link to your website.
