No attorney is going to provide you with such information. A simple outline will cost you a consultation fee. I can tell you that you will be responsible for the entire five year lease or whatever it is you signed. A lot will depend on the type of business you have, how much it makes and why you are not paying. Your best bet is to negotiate with the Landlord. If you are looking to worm out on a technicality, it's not going to happen. If the Landlord is aggressive, cough up the money for an attorney. You will lose, but you will not lose as big
